After dinner cleanup and recreation.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">1:30<\/span> None (midafternoon prayer), Litany of the Blessed Virgin Mary.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">2:15 &#8211; 3:30<\/span> Manual Labor.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">3:40<\/span> Rosary.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">4:00<\/span> Vespers (evening prayer) followed by 1 hour of mental prayer until 5:15.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">5:15<\/span> Spiritual reading.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">6:00<\/span> Supper followed by cleanup and recreation.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">7:40<\/span> Office of Reading (Matins) and Compline (night prayer).
